UEFA Champions League Final
Creigiau Travel Ltd was selected to provide a comprehensive transport management service to one of the event’s main corporate sponsors, Nissan. With a 1200 seat stadium allocation, the project involved transporting Nissan staff and guests between UK locations, liaising with UEFA, Cardiff City and airport representatives, preparing routes, maps and marketing materials and coordinating the Nissan branding of 25 company vehicles. Meticulous planning and a high degree of flexibility was required, prompting the client to list Creigiau Travel Ltd as ‘the best supplier they had ever had the pleasure of working with’
NATO
World leaders summit – Held at the Celtic Manor Resort, Creigiau Travel Ltd supported a global event management company with transport and logistical support across a 25-day period. Shuttling operations staff between airports, hotels and various NATO summit sites, high-level government security clearance was required for Creigiau Travel Ltd staff and vehicles. Our dedicated project manager was on-site for the duration to coordinate daily logistics for up to 20 vehicles. With ever-changing requirements, our flexible, dedicated and professional service far exceeded the expectations held by the client based on the levels of support they had received from transport partners at previous international events
TUC Wales
Creigiau Travel Ltd worked closely with TUC Wales to provide dedicated transport for their ‘Future that Works’ campaign. The 10-day campaign visited 156 locations throughout Wales with the coach serving ASA mobile campaign office for the TUC team to meet members of the public. In addition to supporting the TUC campaign manager with route planning and transportation logistics, we arranged the full rebranding of the company’s corporate coach in TUC livery and modified the existing TV and stereo systems
IRB Rugby World Cup
Working in partnership with Welsh, French and Irish tour agents, Creigiau Travel Ltd coordinated coach transport for more than 5,000 incoming rugby supporters in Cardiff. Liaising closely with tour agents, IRB representatives, Cardiff Council, airport staff and coach drivers, our event team planned all transport logistics in advance to provide detailed event packs to all stakeholders. 24-hour communications and on-site logistical support was provided to deal with ongoing queries and itinerary changes. Similar logistical support and coach transportation has been provided for numerous Six Nations matches prior to and since the event
Charity Events
Creigiau Travel Ltd is proud to have worked with a number of great charities to support their endeavours to raise awareness and funds. Recent events include Shelter Cymru Ride to the Rugby (to Dublin and Paris), SSATA’s Ride to the Somme and various events for 2 Wish Upon A Star. In addition to providing coach transport and logistical support for each event, associated coach branding costs are typically covered by us as a charitable gesture to some fantastic causes

On behalf of our members, I would like to thank you and your organisation for enabling us to enjoy such a wonderful day. The attention given by you and your staff was very much appreciated and the transport was superb, but the star of the day was our driver. Everyone was full of praise for him, a very steady driver which made the journey most comfortable, his knowledge of the route was excellent and he was very polite.
